Jack N. Sparks of Lower Makefield Township, PA died on Tuesday November 21, 2017 at Kennedy Health System in Sewell, NJ.
Born in McCook, NE, son of the late Raymond and Alice Cox Sparks, he had resided in Lower Makefield for the past 47 years.
Jack was a lawyer and managing attorney of Continental Insurance Company in Red Bank, NJ until his retirement. He was graduated from Beverly Hills High School in Beverly Hills, CA, University of California Los Angeles, and received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA. He was a member of St. Ignatius Parish and the Lower Makefield Historical Society.
Husband of the late Mary Dunn Sparks, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Alice Sparks of Sewell, NJ; a daughter and son-in-law, Holly Sparks and Ken Leitman of New Hope, PA, and a grandson, Zack Leitman.
Friends may call from 9am to 10am Saturday at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue (River Road), Yardley, PA. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am at St. Ignatius Church, Yardley, PA. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
