Please share a memory of Diane to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Diane M. Kelty, age 66, of Lower Makefield Township, PA passed away on Wednesday April 4, 2018 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA.
Diane was born October 24, 1951 in Baltimore, MD to Leonard and Ruth Kirshner Brown and was a long-time resident of Twin Oaks in Levittown, PA. Diane had a passion and devotion for all things pets. She cared for and loved her dogs, her children's pets, and her neighbors' pets. She enjoyed cheering for and, without hesitation, criticizing Philadelphia sports; especially the Eagles and Phillies. Diane found tremendous pleasure in hosting her children, friends, and family to her home and backyard pool as laughter and play filled her home. Diane was known for her unique sense of humor, distinct house décor, uncanny organizational skills, and love for her children's sports. She was determined and found great happiness in making every holiday and event incredibly special for her children as well as her granddaughter. Diane loved relaxing with comfort food watching her favorite TV shows including but not limited to Golden Girls, M*A*S*H, and Judge Judy. But most of all, Diane adored, loved, and dedicated her life to her family. She was a selfless caregiver for her father, a loyal and caring friend and neighbor, and a proud Bubby to her granddaughter. She will be greatly missed.
Diane is survived by her children Sean Kelty (wife Kelli and daughter Harper), Ryan Kelty (wife Karen) and Kim Kelty Gorski (husband Steve), siblings Sharon Silveria and Don Brown, cousins, and countless neighbors and friends.
Diane's body was cremated at Philadelphia Crematories, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA. All family, friends and others whose lives Diane touched are invited to attend Diane's Memorial Service on April 20, 2018 from 11:00AM - 1:00PM at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 South Delaware Avenue (River Road), Yardley, PA 19067. A luncheon will be held directly after from 1:30PM - 3:30PM at The Yardley Inn Restaurant & Bar, 82 East Afton Avenue, Yardley, PA 19067, to celebrate and reminisce the life of Diane.
In light of Diane's love and concern for animals and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bucks County SPCA via online at www.bcspca.org or by mail at PO Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
