I worked with Dave at LSAC, and he was there for me when I went through one of the toughest and lowest times of my life. When I was down, he told me I was a "fighter" and that he knew I would be OK. He was my champion when others turned their backs on me. When things turned around for me, he told me he knew it would happen all along :). Years later, we would end up riding the train together into Center City. As time went on, I lost touch with him and later found out he was sick. I just found this page while trying to reconnect with him. Dave was one of the most truly kind people I ever met....with a toughness that inspired me. As long as I live I will never forget how he picked me up when others tore me down.
