I sold Mr. Montelone and his wife their home on Independence in Yardley. I just learned of Mr. Montelone's passing while updating my client contact management records in February of 2020. Mr. Montelone always expressed the pride and love he held for all his children and family. I am so sorry for your loss and will hold you all in my thoughts and prayers.
