Mary Brick Logan
Mary Brick Logan of Ewing Township, 94, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 6, 2019 in her home.
Born and raised in Marlton, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Helen Brick, and resided in Ewing for sixty five years.
Mary was a graduate of Beaver College in Glenside, PA where she was a member of the Rifle Club. Mary raised her family while also teaching in Ewing Schools. Later in her career, Mary enjoyed helping students become aspiring teachers at Trenton State Teachers College (now TCNJ). She was also active in volunteering at the local hospital, providing tours of the New Jersey State House and the Trenton Planetarium. Her seven years at the Planetarium gave her great enjoyment working with children again. Her passion for learning continued throughout her life.
She enjoyed golfing with her husband, family trips across the country, an active social life and caring for many animals. She was sure to pass along her love of animals to her family. She also felt grateful and blessed in her marriage and was devoted to her husband.
Wife of the late Eugene Logan, she is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Brick and Chris Logan of Byron, IL, James Scott and Diane Logan of Southport, NC, and Clark T. Logan of Yardley, PA; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Daniel and Kevin Logan, Allison DeVita and William Logan, and two great grandchildren, Colby and Juliana DeVita.
