Dear Uncle Jack,
I will miss you forever. You were an amazing uncle to me and my family. You brought laughter, creativity, fun, joy, wonderment, and the spirit of adventure whenever you came to visit us on Monroe Street. When your VW Beetle pulled up to front of the house, we knew the fun was just beginning. Of course you would have Aunt Anne, Nanny and Uncle Peter with you and our amazing day would begin. Mom and Dad would be equally ecstatic and we mostly sat in the yard eating all the good food mom cooked and the bakery goodies you all brought. We played croquette too. By the way, how did you ever fit the aunties in the VW Bug??? It was like something out of Believe it or Not!! Uncle Jack, you could do anything. When everyone finally emerged from the Bug, you then brought your kayak out and put it together in our yard!! You were magic to us.
The stories are endless, because you came from the Bronx often to visit us, Christmas mornings, all our birthdays and every imaginable holiday, you were there bringing the rest of the family to us. You shaped our childhood in countless ways. I always knew we were the lucky ones. You taught us about family and were an amazing role model to all of us. Rest in Peace with your beautiful wife Kathy and daughter Gail. I know mom and dad are so happy to have you with them, the rest of us are sad to lose you. Thank you Uncle Jack for everything, I will love you forever. Alice

Sending heartfelt sympathy to the family & friends who will miss this kind person. I knew him and your mom mainly in the period when my cousins, the Stams, lived in Willingboro, NJ. May his memory be a blessing.
