Some of my most memorable times as a young adult included Bill and Johnny's Pizza. Bill was a fun loving guy who enjoyed playing sports on the weekends, bantering with his employees at work or playing cards with his poker group just to name a few of his interests. Bill was never one to sit still for long as he was always either doing something to develop his business or involved in something that usually included one of us from Johnny's or his family. Whether he knew it or not Bill was a kind of big brother mentor to me during an interesting time of my life. By his character he taught me what it is to have a good work ethic as I remember coming to the shop many early mornings only to find Bill mixing and rolling out dough for making pizzas for that day and then sometimes working into the night that same day. He taught me to work smart toward goals and how to make a buck in whatever I chose to do in my life. He also always challenged all of us through the humor of his bantering but sometimes on a more serious level when he saw things were not right. I will remember Bill as a one of the good people in my life and I will miss him. I would like to express my sincere condolences and sympathy to all of Bills family. Tom Michalik
