Rosalind Spano Mabes

Rosalind Spano Mabes, 74, of Trenton, NJ died on Monday April 19, 2021 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ.

Born in New York, NY, a daughter of the late Salvatore and Anna DeSimone Spano, she was a lifelong Trenton resident.

Rosalind was an administrative assistant at the Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Lawrenceville, NJ. She was devoted to her son and daughter and their families.

Rosalind liked nothing better than family time as her grandchildren arrived and she kept in touch with her close cousins. She always found time to read a good book.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Donette Mabes of Kendell Park, NJ; daughter and son-in-law, Jo Anne and Brian Detwiler of Reading, PA; beloved sister, Frances Spano Lorenz of Yardley, PA; 4 grandchildren, Jaden and Gavin Mabes, and Brady and Bryce Detwiler; nieces and nephews, Kristin and Joseph Sablan, Connor Sablan, Ethan Sablan, Tracy and Warren Wolk,  Alexander Lorenz and Sierra Wolk.

A private family service will be held at the Rosedale Memorial Park Mausoleum in Bensalem, PA.
