Obituary of Deborah A. Jones
Deborah A. Jones
Deborah A. Jones of Lower Makefield Township, PA died on Tuesday October 12, 2021 at her home. She was 67.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late James and Agnes Rogers Jones, formerly of Iselin and Woodbridge, NJ, she has resided in Lower Makefield for over 20 years.
After college, Debbie began an extensive career as a logistical analyst in the transportation industry with a special emphasis on trucking. She was well known in this field which requires in depth knowledge of the transportation networks as well as a talent to adapt to changing circumstances. Debbie had a wide variety of
interests: she loved to travel to Myrtle Beach, Key West and Annapolis, she followed the New York Giants all her life, (although she never cared for Phil Simms and preferred Peyton over Eli.) She could be counted on to watch every episode of her TV dramas, Survivor, and Dancing with the Stars. Debbie
thoroughly enjoyed her community of friends, whether strolling in the neighborhood or lending a helping hand with a smile. She was a beautiful soul.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Jones, brother, James Jones, and cat, Mike.
Funeral services are private.
