My dear brother in law Joe was kind, generous, loving, friendly, caring and exceptionally intelligent. His wonderfully big laugh was surpassed only by his incredibly generous kind heart. He made me feel welcomed and loved from the very first time we met at Mom and Dad Rigway's house some 48 years ago. Joe was the best brother in law I could have asked for and along with his dad, Joe Ridgway Sr, one of the finest men I have ever known. He was indeed my brother. I will miss him dearly.
