Shocked and saddened to hear of Steve's death. He dated my sister in high school and was enlisted to baby-sit me at least once. He introduced me to the music of Barbra Streisand, Ian and Sylvia and The New Christy Minstrels and taught me three chords so I could play "Today" on the guitar. He also blew eggs out of their shells and painted the shells with beautiful water-color designs for Easter. I adored him. So glad he continued to be such a cool guy. Deepest sympathy to his loved ones.

I have known Steve twenty years and Sue all my life. Steve was very independent and self sufficient. I enjoyed visiting his wood working shop and the beautiful bowls he churned. When in the kitchen he really took his cooking seriously. We went fishing out in the ocean for stripers and had a blast catching bunker for bait and eventually stripers. We even caught a sea gull once. He had a dry sense of humor and funny little grin. I will miss him…. Bob Bishop
