I adored Fran and had the pleasure of not only working with her at Council Rock, but also being her neighbor for many years. I loved her spirit, her sense of humor, her love of family, and love of all children.
I will truly miss this wonderful woman. May her family know she was loved by all who knew her.

Fran welcomed Bill and me when we moved to Wilkes Manor 8 years ago. I have many fond memories of Fran... especially her waving from her porch when I would walk by with my dog... and then stop and talk. I remember her chats on the phone... her halloween gatherings on her front lawn with tons of food and the children in their costumes anxious to go trick or treat! I'm glad I got to see her before she passed.... she will be dearly missed. Another angel in heaven.

,I have known Frannie for 53 years. We first met when I was just a young bride. She helped me through so much, especially when I first became pregnant. I don't know what I would have done without her. Through the years we have shared many meals, phone calls and visits. She was a wonderful loving and giving person with such a warm and giving heart. I visited with her just one week before she passed. I loved my dear friend and will miss her so much. God Bless you Frannie.

Our deepest condolences for the passing of Fran.
We celebrated many special occasions together, birthdays and holidays.
Fran had a bright spirit, seeing her was always a pleasure. Her home-baked Christmas cookies were the best.
Fran was especially excited to share her motorcycle ride experience that she enjoyed with her son Scott. She lit up as she was showing us the picture of her cruising on the back of the Harley.
Fran will be missed by many.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of her loved ones.

Frances (Franny) lived in my neighborhood of Wilkes Manor. She was the historian of the local area. I would have many talks with her on the porch as I walked my dog. She told me about the Green Lantern that her husband Al lived in when he was a child and the night it burned down.
I always wanted to do an interview with her and record it. She had so much to say.
When the neighborhood would have a get together she would bring more then enough food. I would say "Franny what should we do with the leftover hamburgers"? "keep them" They would be my lunch for the next week.
She will be missed. May her memory be a blessing.
