I was fortunate to work with Claire in real estate for the past five years. I loved that woman's spirit. Such a gentle soul. I hope that her family and friends feel her love for the rest of their lives. No doubt she left that as a legacy.

Claire was the kindest and most positive of ladies. We have been blessed being her friend for many decades, becoming closer friends as time passed. We are heartbroken that God took her so young as such a bright light that Claire radiated, should burn for many more years. Our times with Claire and Cholly cruising, dining out/in or cheering on our Nittany Lions will always be cherished. We love you Claire. God has another anger in his presence.

How fortunate I was when 28 years ago Prudential Fox & Roach paired me with Claire to be my mentor. She soon became my trusted colleague and friend. Unassuming yet a powerhouse of a solo realtor, with few knowing she was listed as a top agent countrywide by the Wall Street Journal. Claire was a class act in every way. She taught me valuable lessons; tackle the hard stuff first thing in the morning, look at every clients file at least once a day and double check your listing appointment address! Yup, during my training Claire land I drove to a listing appointment. A kind woman answered the door. Claire walked right in with me in tow and began with suggestions for each room. The woman asked why. Claire said your husband called and said he was listing the house. We burst out laughing. Wrong address! All seasoned Realtors have stories galore and I had so many laughs listening to Claire's. As a friend Claire was kind, comforting and her intuition and keen perception made for long and wonderful conversations. I recall her buzzing around with her daughter Laura when she was getting married and then having babies. There was a sparkle in her eyes with every mention of Charlie. Work friends I'm sure are all feeling the loss as well. I'll never forget her. May her memory bring you joy.

She allowed me to escort her to the high school senior prom at St Hubert's. What a lovely beautiful person.

We've lived near Claire for almost 10 years now. She has always been so sweet, always waved to our kids. I remember one day, we were outside playing with the kids and Claire said it reminded her of when her children were young, playing in the neighborhood. Always thinking like a mom. My favorite memory of Claire is when my daughter, Lucy, ran over and hugged Claire and called her Grandma. And Claire didn't correct her, just hugged her right back like a Grandma would. It was so sweet because Claire's daughter Laura was my nurse while I delivered Lucy during the pandemic. It was a beautiful moment, with a silent but so special bond. I will miss seeing her across the way. We will keep Claire, Charles, and the entire family in our prayers. Love, David, Meghan, Ben, Ty, and Lucy Colello.

Condolences to Claire’s family. Claire and I met in High School and were in the same home room. We hung out a lot going to dances at St. Tim’s and Concord and were friends till we graduated and after. I always saw her at the reunions and have such fond memories of her. My deepest sympathy to her husband, children and grandchildren. RIP Claire.

My Condolences to Claire’s family and friends, she was a beautiful girl, inside and out. I grew up on Hellerman St. With the Sullivans, and our friendships were life long. Claire and I started St. Timothy’s together in 1957, and graduated from St. Huberts, I’m 1969. Claire never missed a reunion, and was always there to offer help with the arrangements! We would bump into each other throughout the years, and it was like I saw her yesterday! Her family, friends and all who knew her, will miss her sweet smile, her laughter, and her beautiful personality! I’m sure she was met in Heaven by her loving Sullivan Family! Until we meet again Claire! Rest easy, my friend!☘️☘️
Love and Prayers

So sad to hear about the passing of Claire. Her dad and my father in-law
Worked together and were neighbors.
(Downs family)
Claire and I eventually both moved to Hellerman Street. We would get up very early and jog before our day began.
Our kids were very young and played together. Many nice memories.
Condolences to her family.

Claire was such a lovely woman, and we know she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. We first met Claire over 20 years ago when my aunt, who was great friends with her, referred her to us when we were in the market to sell our home. We then moved into her neighborhood! Years later, Claire handled the sale of my mom’s house, after she passed away during Covid, and was especially helpful during that difficult time.
Claire felt like a member of our extended family, and we enjoyed our time with her so much. Last year, she assisted us one last time with the sale of our house, so we could move to our home in upstate PA. We even spoke about her coming up to visit us with my aunt. We’re sorry that was not able to happen.
We grew to love Claire over the years & greatly respect her. She had the sweetest smile, calm demeanor and such great strength during this past year. We will certainly miss her, along with her family and friends. May she Rest in Peace.

There are so so many memories. how to pick one. We started 1st grade together at St Tim's & graduated from St Huberts together too. She was there when I had my terrible head injury in senior year that almost took my life. I was there when she 1st met Charlie. I worked at Jeanes when Laura was born. We shared a lot over the years. claire, Carol & me. We didn't see each other regularly but it was easy to catch up. Last time we found out that ancestry said we were actually 3rd cousins! Maybe that was why it was always so easy to just "know each other" I'm so very sorry that we didn't see each other in this past year. Charlie & family my deepest sympathy. I will ALWAYS cherish my memories of sweet claire & hold her in my heart.

Clair was a very special lady. No artiface. Her family was everything to her. I felt fortunate that she was able to join our gradeschool friends in December at William Penn Inn. Had a great visit.
She battled this cancer with courage and as much strength as she could muster.
She will be greatly missed.
