Obituary of Raymond John Robson

Raymond John Robson, 78, of Levittown, PA, passed away on February 17, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Plainfield, NJ, he has been a lifelong area resident. He was employed by and retired from Avex Electronics. He was a Photographer's mate, 1st Class, USNR - Ret. after 28 years of service. He was a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary for 42 years, a member of the Falls American Legion Post 834, and a member of the United Sea Cadets Corps. He was also an avid photographer and enjoyed boating.

Son of the late Raymond W. and Priscilla H. (Backus) Robson. and brother of the late Russell W. Robson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Susan (Rapp) Robson of Levittown, PA, his daughter Ainsley Robson of Abington, PA, his brothers Daniel C. Robson and his wife Anne of Auckland, NZ, and Clifford M. Robson and his wife Lorraine of Morrisville, PA, his sister-in-law Luci Robson of Pennington, NJ, brother-in-law Dr. Paul E. Rapp and his wife Dr. Adele Gilpin of Bethesda, MD, and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 6:00pm at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home 17 S. Delaware Avenue Yardley, PA 19067. Calling hours for family and friends will be from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at the funeral home.
